SleepEezy (Valerian) (60 Tablets)
SleepEezy Valerian is a traditional herbal medicine used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances related to mild anxiety, based on traditional use.
Each tablet provides 150mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L). This provides equivalent to 750 – 900mg of Valerian root.
Valerian is native to Europe and parts of Asia but also grows in North America. Herbalists have used valerian root medicines for thousands of years to help those with sleep disturbance.
Like all medicines SleepEezy product can cause side effects for some users. Possible minor side effects may include abdominal cramps and nausea. Magnesium Effervescent (20 Tablets)
Our Magnesium Effervescent tablets are an easy way to take your daily magnesium. Simple dissolve one tablet in a glass of water to create a refreshing, natural strawberry flavoured bedtime drink.
