OptiGUT-D utilises Saccharomyces boulardii, a friendly yeast and one of the most extensively researched strains available. Sacchromyces boulardii has been combined with 3 carefully selected strains of bacteria: Lacticaseibacillus casei, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus and Streptococcus thermophilus, creating a unique and targeted microbiotic blend. The specially selected bacteria we use have been proven to not only be bile and gastric acid resistant, but to also colonise the microbiome after swallowing.
OptiGUT-D also includes specially selected nutrients, including L-Glutamine, Vitamin A and calcium.
- Calcium supports the normal function of digestive enzymes, to support healthy digestion.
- Vitamin A supports the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of the mucous membranes which line many body cavities, including the gut.
- L-Glutamine is a ‘conditional’ amino acid, which means it may become ‘essential’ during periods of stress or illness.
OptiGUT-D is a vegan friendly capsule, which can be safely used by adults and children over the age of 6. You can rest assured that OptiGUT-D is also free from gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy, and nuts.  Even better, as Bio360 we only select bacteria that are stable at room temperature, there is no need to refrigerate this product.
